What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of digiera.co, including the Chinese-language pages under /zh/, the forms on the site, and the call-booking page. By using the site you agree to them. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Digiera operates through companies registered in Cleveland, Ohio (United States) and Istanbul (Turkey). A Chinese entity is being established and will be added here once registered.

The website and its content

The content on this site is provided for general information about Digiera's services. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it does not constitute a binding offer, and we may change it at any time. Specific engagements are governed by the agreement made directly between Digiera and the client.

The text, design, imagery, and code of this website belong to Digiera and may not be reproduced without permission. The client dashboard demo on this site shows sample data for illustration only.

Trial applications and the 66-day trial

Submitting an application is not a binding commitment for either side. We review every application and reply, and acceptance into a trial is at our discretion, based on fit.

The trial runs for 66 days. It requires no payment information and no contract, and either side can end it at any time. The terms of any engagement that continues beyond the trial are agreed separately and in writing before anything is owed.

Booking a call

Booking a call through this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we confirm it by email. Calls are free and carry no obligation. They are held on Google Meet, which is subject to Google's own terms. To reschedule or cancel, reply to the confirmation email or write to contact@digiera.co.

Ownership of work

Everything built for a client during an engagement, including during the trial, belongs to that client: the website, rankings, accounts, content, brand assets, and buyer data. This is true whether we work together for six weeks or six years, and regardless of how the engagement ends.

The Digiera App

The Digiera App is Digiera's internal platform. It is used by Digiera staff only and is not offered to the public; there are no external accounts and nothing for visitors to sign in to. Clients experience its output through their reports and their client dashboard, under their engagement agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site or its forms to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, to misrepresent who you are, or to interfere with how the site works. We may decline or discard submissions that do.

Third-party services and links

This site links to and offers contact through services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, WeChat, LinkedIn, and Google Meet. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digiera is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Digiera's responsibilities to clients are set out in the engagement agreement, not in these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section removes protections you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. Client engagements remain governed by their own agreement.
