The website
The content on this site is provided for general information about Digiera's services. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it does not constitute a binding offer. Specific engagements are governed by the agreement made directly between Digiera and the client.
Trial applications
Submitting an application is not a binding commitment for either side. We review every application and reply, and acceptance into a trial is at our discretion, based on fit. The trial itself requires no payment information and no contract; the terms of any engagement that continues beyond the trial are agreed separately and in writing before anything is owed.
Ownership of work
Assets built for a client during an engagement (including a trial) belong to that client, as described on this site. Content on this website itself, text, design, and imagery, belongs to Digiera and may not be reproduced without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site or its forms to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, or to misrepresent who you are.
